Ugh! No Motivation :{
Need Motivation!
So i really wanna do good with this getting healthier thing but its so hard!!
Yesterday was a really!!! Busy day i think i did pretty well with eating cleaner but i never had a chance to work out my pettie was sick yesterday so had to bring her to the vet and keep an eye on her .
Today was a pretty bad day so far haven't eaten anything the morning and after noon is hard for me to eat im just not hungry so i will clean do what i gotta do around the house then right before work which is usually around 330 ill eat something work till 11 then want to eat something Do the times of when you eat really matter? or is it more on the amount of food your body gets?
Well going to eat something and get ready for work!

Day One
December 26th 2012
I always felt like the day after Christmas was the beginning of a new year. So today I started to eat cleaner and went to the gym did an hour of cardio :) My goals are pretty simple my weight is 170lbs now I would like to drop at least 30lbs by May so its time to fight for the body I want. And I want it bad.
My boyfriend got me this amazing 7th century ipod I love it,tracks my cardio and the calories I burn during also the miles and how long it took :) Love Love Love it!
